GES Servicenter®

The GES Servicenter® at show site is the administrative hub of GES. Our Service Coordinators are available during move-in, show days and move-out to take care of all exhibitor needs. The GES Servicenter® is in addition to our Service Executives on the show floor and gives exhibitors options on how to approach their onsite needs.

Exhibitors have a choice of calling their Service Executive to come to their booth, or can work with one of our Service Coordinators at the GES Servicenter® conveniently located on the show floor.

GES Service Executives

Our dedicated GES Service Executives focus on personal contact and work directly with exhibitors on many levels. The relationship between our service executives begins once exhibitors receive their service manual. The service executive begins to build a personal relationship through welcome letters, phone calls, faxes and emails. The servicenter executive’s assistance extends to the show floor conveniently managing exhibitors' needs directly from their exhibit. GES Services Executives ensure exhibitors continue to get the personal contact with experienced show site personnel when they need it.

At GES, we deploy our exhibitor services staff to assure that every show is serviced at optimum levels.

Show Organizer Benefits:

This hand-held wireless computer is a state of the art resource for our service executives. Able to send and retrieve real time information, they can get up to the minute information about your freight delivery status, check on orders and print confirmation receipts- all from the push of a button!
