GES is available for strategy
sessions before each show to help you with floor
plans, entrance and directional
treatments, color and graphics schemes, special events,
and labor jurisdictions.
GES
will provide an estimated budget for all services
on an ongoing basis, updating as needed throughout
the planning process. For accurate future cost
modeling, GES will develop long term forecasting
based on shows
of similar size in your destination cities.
GES will provide you with a complete
event and service schedule timeline three weeks prior
to each annual
conference and exhibition.
Labor rules differ from city to
city and may be confusing. GES will summon union
business
agents,
stewards,
and facility managers to discuss and explain
the labor nuances
in each city. Our own labor specialists
are always available to answer your questions
about
contract
negotiations,
work rule improvement programs, safety
and training.
Attention
is paid to the layout and organization of the service
kit to facilitate use
by the exhibitor. Show
Management and General information
sections are clearly labeled and easily located
by tab indexes
and bold-faced
headings, and order forms are easily
identifiable.
We work closely with you in
providing proofs of the service manual design
and layout
and can provide
management with
a sample kit for this purpose.
