GES will conduct a daily walk-through
during the move-in of the show. This walk-through
will concentrate on management
areas -- monitoring installation and adherence to
timetables.
GES will conduct daily meetings
during installation and dismantling to discuss schedules,
workloads
and labor
calls. Daily meetings allow for necessary adjustments
to maintain a schedule of commitments.
